Design and construction of Emamat Residential Building which located in a in the Roudehen city, Damavand County, Tehran Province.Its land located in the newly constructed  neighborhood narrow and long way with buildings on the sides, guided the project openings forwards and back. This solution was chosen not only to guarantee the best use of the terrain, but also to guarantee the views, ventilation and insolation in the interiors.

The five-story residential building with two levels of basement parking, Each floor contains a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom units. The ground floor houses the main entrance, lobby, and a multi-purpose room.

stairs are pushed to the back of the building at the north part to ensure the natural light would come through the entire building. Small terraces connected to kitchen on north and south-facing windows bring ample light into what could otherwise be a dark and narrow living space.

A traditional building material, Brick was used in this project. A combination of fixed brick panels and protruded modular frames are used to create a modern and dynamic facade.
